Today I almost ran in the 8-kilometer group, as there was no runner for the 9-kilometer group apart from me. Luckily, a few runners joined us shortly before the start so that we were able to form a 9-kilometer group. As always, a nice run in cool temperatures and this time a precision landing with 9 kilometers in 1 hour.

Today I managed to go for another run early on a Sunday morning. Junior from Düsseldorf was there and that was of course a good opportunity to run a nice lap through the Auepark with him. The weather was perfect and the sun came out more and more. Even though I wasn't fully awake yet and it was therefore a bit more strenuous, it was really fun with Junior in this weather and on this route.

In spring-like weather, the running group set off again on the 9-kilometre route. The track in the forest was muddier than expected, so we didn't quite manage the 9 kilometres. But it was perfect running weather.

Today we went from dusk to darkness. I think we won't need a headlamp for Wednesday runs in a fortnight at the latest. It was cold, but the air was clear and clean. The run was fun again. My running watch didn't record the route again. It really is time for a new watch.

Today I chose the route for the 9-kilometre group and as the sun wasn't out, we headed into the forest, with a few meters of elevation gain. But what goes uphill also goes downhill. So we completed the 9 kilometers exactly in the hour that all groups run. In the end, my watch recorded the time and the kilometers, but not the distance. I think it's time for a new watch.

It was still a little light at the start of the 9-kilometer group. That was over 10 minutes later, but the days are getting closer when it is completely light again at the start at 6 pm. Nevertheless, it was a nice run with the running group.

Like every Saturday, I was out and about with the running group again today. In bright sunshine, we set off again today on the 9-kilometer route. This time again at the right pace for the 9 kilometers. A leisurely run in the best weather.

We enjoyed a wonderful run with the running group in a lovely, fresh temperature of 2 degrees. Our dear Dirk pulled us along with his inspiring energy and made us run much faster than is usual for our 9-kilometer group.

There were only four of us in the 9-kilometer group today, but we had plenty of sunshine and fresh temperatures. We were also a little faster than usual. A really successful run on a beautiful route.
